Adam oversaw real estate development for H.ME for the Collide and C-Suites brands. Previously, Adam worked at Forest City Ratner Companies for 8 years on the development of the $5B Atlantic Yards and Barclays Center Project in Brooklyn, NY.
A licensed Professional Engineer, Adam practiced Structural Engineering before transitioning into real estate development. Adam earned a Masters of Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, and Master of Structural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Brian Co-Founded H.ME, and raised $1.3M from Hyatt to deliver a new way to stay and work while traveling for business and leisure with both the Collide and C-Suites Brands.
After earning a Masters of Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design, Brian started his career in Dallas, TX with HKS architects and co-founded the HKS LINE studio, which focused on advanced computational design tools and applications within the international firm. At HKS, Brian won 7 design awards from the AIA, World Architecture News and Healthcare Design.
Ryan has a combined 10 years at HKS and O’Brien architects which helped those firms adopt and development cutting edge technologies and modernize the firm’s processes. As a founding member of HKS LINE, a computational design studio, he led the computational design team in charge of two NFL stadium facades, the Minnesota Vikings stadium and the LA Rams stadium.
He also has a patent pending for a method to seal digital files as part of a construction document set. In addition, Ryan is also a registered architect and a member of the AIA. Ryan received his Masters of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University.
